Steel strip butt welding machine with high accuracy

During the flux cored welding wire production process, customers need the steel strip butt welder during the slitting process and also used for the continuous strip decoiling before forming machine.

The strip butt welder has the positioning device to fix the two strips tightened on the platform and use the welding gun to make the two strip heads melted and connected. Our own patented oblique welding process could make the welding seam uniformly and the welded position strength will be even greater than other position of strip.
