Solid wire layer rewinder

This is high speed layer rewinder with high precision. It is used for rewinding the different kinds of welding wires from 630/800mm spools to final 270/300mm smaller reels. 
The machine could be designed for loading various sizes of reels and collecting different weight of welding wires.
We also have the automatic type layer rewinder without any human operation that suitable for huge capacity plant.
